Why am I unable to download a particular document?
There are three possible reasons that you may not be able to download a particular document.
Issue #1 - The document requires registration.
In order to download many documents, you must first Log On or Register.
Issue #2 - The document is a subscription document.
Not all content is available to registered users. For answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) about our subscription services, please click here.
Issue #3 - Your web browser may not be allowing this site to properly use cookies in order to keep you logged on.
If you are having this issue, despite being registered, logged on, and a subscription member, you may still unable to download subscriber content. In order to resolve this, you need to include this website in your trusted sites list. To do so with Internet Explorer, you first click the "Tools" menu. Then click "Internet Options" to bring up your settings menu. On this menu, click the "Security" tab at the top. Your menu will look like this....
Select "Trusted Sites and then click the "Sites" button. A new menu will open, which will look like this...
As shown above, enter https://wrplatinum.com into the top textbox. Make sure that the checkbox at the bottom next to "Require server verification" is NOT checked. Then hit the "Add" button, and close the menus. You should now remain logged on while navigating throughout the WR PLATINUM website and be able to download all content included in your access level.
