Cisco's CTS 3200 provides the company with a multi-codec system that extends its telepresence offering to larger rooms with higher seating capacity and broadens its market appeal. The CTS 500 straddles the already-thin line between a videoconferencing system and a system that can provide a telepresence experience. At an expected street price of under $20K, we expect the CTS 500 to alter the videoconferencing competitive landscape significantly.
